Melissa Haluska
melissa Haluska, Esq., is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. She earned Associate of Arts degree in Nursing from Indian River State College and her Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare Administration from Florida Atlantic University. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Barry University School of Law.
Throughout her career, Melissa has cultivated an array of skills and knowledge that have contributed to her effective representation and advocacy of clients. Her background includes extensive experience with all aspects of litigation including trials in the areas of liability claims, insurance coverage, contracts and general civil liability. Prior to joining the firm, Melissa gained experience in workers’ compensation claims and estate planning. She takes a strong stance in defending cases that emphasize on premise liability, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death cases and will fight tirelessly to defend those in need. These include claims handled from inception or taken over at excess coverage level due to the significant exposure of the matters.
Melissa is passionate about animal rescue and welfare, and volunteers with local rescue groups in the community. She is an active member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association and helps to coordinate networking and volunteer events. She is honored to have the opportunity to zealously use her knowledge and experience in defending her clients.
