Benjamin g. partlow
Benjamin Partlow is a managing partner at Topkin & Partlow P.L. and concentrates his practice on state civil trial law, specializing in the areas of personal injury, personal injury protection, liability claims, insurance coverage, contracts, healthcare law and general civil liability. Mr. Partlow has been with Topkin & Partlow since the firm’s inception in 2006. He successfully handles all aspects of cases from pre-suit through litigation, trial to verdict and the appellate process.
Originally from Illinois, Mr. Partlow earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University in 2006. While in law school, Mr. Partlow served as an Associate Editor of the Law Review and was a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
